FAQ
Questions I hear
most often.
Projects are priced by scope, not by the hour. You get a clear quote before anything starts. Add-ons and changes outside the agreed scope are always discussed and priced separately before any work is done.
Standard projects typically run 2 to 3 weeks. Professional projects 3 to 4 weeks. Enterprise projects 4 to 6 weeks. Timelines depend on how quickly briefs, content, and approvals come back from your side. I build this into the schedule upfront.
You provide the core business information: what you do, who you serve, your team, services, and any images. I help structure and refine copy for clarity and hierarchy. If you need professional photography or technical copywriting, I can recommend specialists.
You receive documentation on how to update content, add blog posts, and manage the site day-to-day. I also offer ongoing maintenance retainers for businesses that want support beyond the initial project.
Both. I handle full new builds and significant redesigns. If you have an existing site that needs a structured overhaul rather than a full rebuild, I'll assess what's most practical as part of the initial scope.
I use modern, well-supported tools: Next.js for the application layer, Tailwind CSS for styling, and deploy to Vercel or similar managed platforms. The CMS uses lightweight local editing rather than requiring a third-party subscription. The exact stack is chosen to suit the project. I don't force tools where they don't fit.
Yes. I work remotely and have no geographic restriction. All communication, reviews, and handovers are handled digitally.
Start with the quote request form. Describe what your business does and what you need the site to do. I'll review and come back with a recommendation. No commitment required.
Yes. You own the code, the content, and the domain. Everything is handed over fully at the end of the project. There are no lock-in clauses or ongoing licensing fees for the site itself.
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds at key phases — design and build. These are proper review cycles, not individual change requests. Additional rounds can be added as an add-on.
